Element Outdoor Construction was founded by Carl Liebeknecht  mid way through 2006. The company was born through a desire to offer a complete landscape construction service for the discerning client.

We aim to achieve this by being able to construct anything outdoors, from a small area of paving through to an intricate poolside deck. When you deal with Element you are certain to only have to deal with one company for all aspects of your landscaping, and always in a prompt and reliable manner. As a team we have many strengths, most importantly being our ability to communicate with our clients and work on time and budget, always looking to produce a great finish.

On a personal basis, I attended Pulteney Grammar for most of my schooling life and graduated in 1999. Following this I studied Arts/Commerce at Adelaide University for the next three years. During my uni studies I worked on a part time basis for Town and Country Landscaping where I first developed an interest in landscape construction. I also worked part time for JL Construction, a building company where I worked closely with most trades, especially carpentry.

In 2004 I decided to spend some time traveling throughout Europe and Australia, working in the landscaping industry in London. This lasted for a couple of years and at the end of 2005 I started working full time with Genovus Landscape Design and Construction.

Since my return from overseas I have been studying for a diploma in general building at Marleston TAFE. Currently I am at stage Cert III with a year to go to complete the course, with the aim of getting my general builders license and supervisor registration for multi-story construction.
